Federal Agency Captures Subjects with the Help of Telephone Intelligence Tool

A federal law enforcement agency dedicated to identifying and capturing high-profile criminals was experiencing long delays in its investigative process.

The agency was often able to obtain 10-digit telephone numbers associated with the subjects, but the agency lacked telephony intelligence that would enable it to subpoena phone records from the correct carrier quickly and move the investigation forward.
