TARGUSinfo Strengthens Leadership with Nascenzi

Former Claritas CEO to Develop New Target-Marketing Solutions

VIENNA, Va. April 18, 2007 — Veteran marketing information executive Robert Nascenzi joined TARGUSinfo today as Executive Vice President. The former Claritas President and CEO will focus on building new generations of target-marketing systems by leveraging the combined assets of TARGUSinfo and sister company Amacai with traditional demographic and survey information.

Before joining TARGUSinfo, Nascenzi served eight years as President and CEO of Claritas Inc., the leading provider of intelligent marketing information and target-marketing services. Claritas, a Nielsen company, offers over 60 marketing databases, industry-leading consumer segmentation systems, consulting services and software applications for site analysis, advertising sales and customer targeting.

Nascenzi was president and CEO of National Decision Systems (NDS) before joining Claritas in 1999. During his 10-year tenure with NDS, Nascenzi directed the development of several new products and led the company to successive years of record revenues and profits.

Prior to joining NDS, Nascenzi was co-founder and chief operating officer of The Marketing Dynamics Group, a firm offering marketing information system design and implementation support to the financial services industry. Nascenzi has also held positions with E.I. DuPont de Nemours, The Bank of Boston, Innovative Systems, Inc. and Chase Econometrics and established and operated a successful retail business. He is also a widely published author and his vast expertise has made him a sought-after speaker on target marketing.

Nascenzi graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with special honors from the Economics Department. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
