Dennis Ainge, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, TARGUSinfoDennis Ainge has held a number of executive management positions during his 13-year tenure with TARGUSinfo, including VP of Sales, SVP of Sales and Marketing and, most recently, EVP of Strategic Development. Dennis is responsible for all data alliances and third-party partnerships. He directs the strategy and contracting for adding third-party services that enable TARGUSinfo to launch new services and enhance existing On-Demand solutions. Dennis also leads the company's implementation services group as well as sales and support efforts for some of TARGUSinfo's largest and most strategic accounts.
As VP of Sales during the company's initial nine years, Dennis was personally involved in implementing and supporting virtually every TARGUSinfo client in the company's first three lines of business: On-Demand Name/Address service, Single Number Services and CallerName Services. His personal involvement and expertise in the IVR, live-operator and e-commerce communities has made him a sought-after resource for implementing On-Demand applications in Fortune 1000 companies.
Prior to joining TARGUSinfo, Dennis held a variety of sales and management positions with a number of technology companies including Equifax National Decision Systems, Endmark Corporation and Advanced Technology, Inc.
Dennis holds a BS in Computer Science and Business from the University of Dayton and Graduate Studies at George Mason University.
Breck McDaniel, Expert Witness, Trainer and Consultant, Geocell, LLC
Breck McDaniel offers training on behalf of his company, Geocell, LLC. He is a fifteen year veteran of the Houston Police
Department who currently is assigned as a sergeant in criminal investigations.
Sergeant McDaniel has previously worked in patrol as
an officer and supervisor, undercover narcotics, domestic violence investigations, and within the Criminal
Intelligence Division (CID). He also worked for over five years as a homicide investigator where he developed a
very rare specialty in “communications intelligence”, particularly with the use of cell phone data in support of
homicide, fugitive, and kidnapping investigations. This expertise led to his spearheading the updating of
numerous outdated state laws, the securing of significant funding, and the founding of a Communications
Intelligence Unit (CIU).
He has been successfully utilizing communications data extensively for nearly a decade,
has worked with communications data full-time for nearly four years, and has broad experience with the
courtroom presentations of cell phone data. Sergeant McDaniel has also personally completed over 1,000 hours of
formal training in this unique field, is a Certified Technical Investigator (CTI), and is a certified advanced law
enforcement instructor. He has been providing cell phone training and cell phone related expert witnessing on a regular basis since
2005 and has presented over 90 formal cell phone related presentations to over 5,000 attendees in local, state, national, and Internet
settings to officers, investigators, analysts, prosecutors, management, and jurors. However, most importantly, Sergeant McDaniel has
successfully utilized electronic communications data in well over 1,000 major criminal investigations.
