As SVP/GM of Carrier and Mobile Markets, Clayton LiaBraaten leads strategic engagements in the telecommunications industry and manages TARGUSinfo’s Caller Identification, Carrier Content and Network Identification Solutions groups to provide Next Generation data-driven products and services to carriers, emerging communications channels and mobile platforms.
 
Clayton and his team foster and develop integrity-based partnerships through innovation and execution – creatively leveraging technologies and business models to positively disrupt markets, drive growth and profitability, and create win-win scenarios for TARGUSinfo’s customers, partners and investors.
 
Over the last two decades, Clayton has held senior executive positions at several high-technology and communications services companies and has experience managing both start-ups and Fortune 500 firms.  He was instrumental in building businesses at Telepath Systems/PSInet, Cox Communications and INFONXX (now kgb).  Clayton holds degrees in Russian, Political Science and Business from the University of Maryland and spent nearly a decade as an operational intelligence professional with the United States Air Force.
 
Clayton also serves on the advisory boards of several internet and mobile firms and healthcare technology organizations.
